WHAT A BARGAIN! In other places, rents can be as high as hundreds of pounds per year..... It's even less for a half plot, ideal for beginners and children.....
Membership fees are due for all plot holders. If more than one person rents a plot, Membership is due for every person.
Membership is required if you just want to benefit from our low prices for gardening supplies from our Trading Hut.
You can become a Member at any time. Plots are subject to availability.
Fees are payable at the trading hut (open 10.00 - 12.00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays).
Fees may also be paid by bank transfer.
Following the age-old tradition of agriculture in England, plot leases start every Michaelmas Day(29th September). Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your plot. There is a waiting list.
Under the ‘Agency Agreement’,
the Association collects the tenancy fees for renting the plots.
Payments
then go direct from the Association to the Weybridge
Land Charity.
Please do not try
to pay fees to the Charity. Donations are of course welcome.
The Charity aims, and is currently achieving, 100% plot occupancy.
Plot holders must sign a Standard Tenancy Agreement, follow the Rules, observe the Constitution, and observe regulations regarding Greenhouses or Sheds.
To enable the Association to comply with the Data Protection Act, please ensure that your details are fully and correctly recorded at the trading hut.
Visit the Trading Hut or Contact the Secretary for further details.

Churchfield Allotments occupies about nine and a half acres, has 213 plots of varying sizes. 10 full plots have been sub-divided into smaller units.
An average full size plot is 30 feet by 60 feet - but plot size varies
considerably!
Plots may
be divided between several people. If plotholders feel that a full-size
plot was too much for them, there is no need to struggle - the plot can be
sub-divided by agreement to release space for newcomers.
We have small "starter plots" which appeal particularly to children.
Water is available on site from numerous standpipes.
The site is well drained but in some places the water table is quite high.
Hard Standing Parking for approximately 20 cars is available on site - enter from Curzon Road.
A Trading Hut for all gardening needs at discounted prices is open most Saturdays and Sundays.
We have our own toilet on site!
In future the map may be annotated to show where facilities are like toilet, gates, standpipes, and other information.
Plot holders at Churchfield have extremely varied and interesting backgrounds. This is a major hazard when trying to get any serious gardening done since it's so tempting to stop and chat! Among our plotters we have:
