Make your Wedding that bit different

Surrey Brass offer a flexible range of  musical services for your Wedding. Be it processional music for your wedding ceremony, or classical, popular and jazzy styles for your reception, we have the variety and experience to cover all occasions. We have a repertoire that can be easily adapted to suit the many differing tastes. Our informal and uplifting mixed classical and jazzy sets go down well a drinks receptions, or as entertainment during the reception.

We would be happy to advise you on the musical aspects of your ceremony, or to design a musical programme specially for you. Please scroll down to listen to examples. We like to "go the extra mile" and if you would like us to play a piece of music that has special meaning for you, we can arrange it specially given sufficient notice (and subject to copyright). We can play practically anything you specially want - just let us know.

Our brass quintet is particularly effective in large or outdoor venues, and sounds superb in church, either with or instead of the church organ.

  • If you have any questions, or you cant find the information you are looking for on our website please feel free to contact us to talk over your ideas. We'd be happy to call you at a time to suit you.

Wedding Photography by Roger Walker A solo trumpet will make a spectacular difference to your wedding ceremony, ideally accompanied by our experienced  Surrey Brass Church Organist,  or your own recommended organist or pianist. Many people like to keep it their ceremony traditional and with a large selection of music suitable for both Church and Civil ceremonies, a trumpet soloist is the most cost effective solution for your wedding ceremony music.

Many people are choosing to get married in civil ceremonies in a range of locations. Sometimes, organising music for such a venue can be problematic because there is no organ available - with Surrey Brass this problem is solved immediately, and you can still have traditional wedding music as well as something a bit different.

Brass instruments are "green" and do not require electricity to work! We are extremely versatile, having the delicacy not to overwhelm small venues, whilst being able to add drama to larger halls as required.

A brass quintet is more versatile whilst still offering the traditional music that is so popular - something a bit different from other wedding musicians!

But Surrey Brass offers so much more. Together with our partners, Surrey Brass can arrange all the music for your service, and the reception afterwards, whatever the scale of the ceremony.  We currently have partnerships with:

  • Organists

  • Musical arrangers

  • A Choir

  • Several Function Bands, with decades of wedding entertainment experience

  • "Reflections" - a Disco with over 20 years experience

  • Even a highly experienced specialist Wedding Photographer!

We would be happy to advise you on the selection of wedding music . See what our past clients have said. Enquire today.

All weddings are unique so we don't quote a standard rate, but see our example prices below. Please contact us for a quotation.

Wedding Music Examples to help you choose...

We would be delighted to arrange a programme of music to suit your precise requirements, or alternatively make suggestions for music for your ceremony. For example, we would collaborate with the Organist to play traditional trumpet music such as those in the links below. Click on the links to listen. Or you might like to look at some of the books and music available from Amazon to get fresh inspiration!

Trumpet Voluntary by Jeremiah Clarke - aka The Prince of Denmark's March

A piece that has become synonymous with weddings, especially for the bridal processional. It was originally attributed to Purcell. This piece works equally well in trumpet and organ, brass quintet, or 10 piece versions.
