I just wanted to say that I had an email from my friends Jack and Ruth who attended Saturday's concert with us. They had a wonderful time and really enjoyed themselves, and have said that they will certainly attend future Surrey Brass concerts. They themselves have a wide circle of friends so I'm sure will spread the word about how good the band is.

From my own point of view, I thought the concert was fantastic and it was fascinating for me to see how the music all came together - especially The Eiger Sanction and Harry Potter where the piano made such a difference, but it was all great. I wish I had brought Robert and Samuel along, they'd have loved it. Do let me know when you have a CD of the concert available, as I know several people (including myself) who would like a copy.
