Back
by popular demand, Surrey Brass
will feature many new TV theme and film soundtrack arrangements for the very
first time. We were hoping to include music
from the new James Bond film, "Casino Royale" at last year's show, but it won't
open until 21st November 2006, so we will play the music from the original
version while we all wait eagerly for the new one.
This year's programme is still in development - and it will
include great all new arrangements from TV and Film
scheduled for the concert
includes.... Dallas, Dynasty, Green Hornet, A Team, Knight Rider, Airwolf,
Lord of the Dance, Raiders of the Lost Ark, ET, Indiana Jones, Zulu, Cavatina,
Police Academy, The Onedin Line, On Her Majesty's Secret Service/All the time in the World, Casino Royale. And that's not
all! Phew!
We have a licensed bar at the interval, and new this year, a Gift Stall run by
Oxfam volunteers, selling a range of
brilliant presents and other goods. All proceeds/profits will be donated to
Oxfam. Oxfam works with others to find lasting solutions to poverty and
suffering. Oxfam GB is a member of Oxfam International, registered as a charity
number 202918. This is our first partnership with Oxfam and we are
delighted to welcome them.
LAST YEAR'S PROGRAMME
Last year we featured the great music below. The multimedia screens showing stills and clips from the movies whilst the music is
playing were so popular with you last time that we'll do it again.
If you want to hear any favourites from last year again,
we'd be delighted to oblige.
Send us your requests and we'll do our best
to squeeze them into the programme just for you!
