We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the Site.

Terms of Sale

1.  By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and, (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised use of the payment method provided. 
2. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request by you.

Payment Terms

1. We accept payments using Paypal. By placing an order you are also accepting the T&C for PayPal.
2. Payment is due on the completion and checkout of an order.
3. In the case of a dispute, Surrey Brass will refund payments (but not shipping costs) for defective products.

Shipping and Delivery

Surrey Brass offers several shipping/delivery methods:

1. Download. This shipping method is a used for intangible Surrey Brass products such as PDF and MP3 files, and is always free.
2. Royal Mail. This shipping method is used for tangible (physical) Surrey Brass products such as CD and DVD. Shipping is calculated for the total estimated weight and dimensions of the order, according to prevailing Royal Mail tarriffs. A small packing and handling charge is also added to physical products. 
3. EventBrite. This shipping method is used for Surrey Brass Concert Tickets, in intangible form (downloads). By placing an order you are also accepting the T&C for EventBrite.

Surrey Brass cannot guarantee delivery of products within a particular time frame, however we aim to post products within a week of the order.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its matgerials, including, but not limited to scripts, text, artwork, sheet music, photographs, images, video and audio (collectively, "Materials) are protected by copyright laws and other UK and international laws and treaties and are property of Surrey Brass.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, licence or otherwise exploit the Site or any of its Material without our prior written permission: nor may you permit any copying of our Materials. Any unauthorised copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, display or other use of this se Material is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Liability

 Surrey Brass is not responsible for in the event of any loss, liabiliity, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by a customer or user of this Site.
