Surrey Brass delivers a musical programme bristling with pizzazz, mixing in light music, classics, popular tunes, movie music, show tunes, and a smattering of jazz together with some old favourites. Truly something for everyone to enjoy!

  • Londonderry Air, a traditional folk tune beautifully arranged for Trombone solo
  • From Russia With Love - Bond at his best
  • The Mission - Ennio Morricone's atmospheric theme tune
  • Trumpet Blues and Cantabile - one of the tunes that made Harry James famous
  • Somewhere Over The Rainbow - arranged as a solo for French Horn
  • Star Wars Main Titles by John WIlliams - what a way to start the interval!

  • Finlandia by Jean Sibelius
  • Flower Duet from from Léo Delibes' opera Lakmé
  • My Funny Valentine - unusually arranged as a Bass Trombone solo
  • Out of Africa - achingly atmospheric film music from Bond Theme composer John Barry
  • Send in The Clowns - by Stephen Sondheim for the musical A Little Night Music, arranged for Flugelhorn solo
  • Superman - you'd believe you can fly after this!
  • Once Upon a Time in The West - music by Ennio Morricone from one of the best films ever made (officially!)
  • Brass Machine - West Coast Jazz fun to close the show
