Product Information

"Reveille" and "The Last Post"

The Last Post bugle call is perhaps the best known of them all. Together with Reveille (more correctly, Rouse), it is an integral part of the service performed on Remembrance Sunday, (on or about 11th November) and also quite often at funerals. This is the version used in the British Army and for Rembrance Sunday services.

In 2018 this music has special significance at the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1.

Surrey Brass is often asked to help people out at short notice, so here is something practical to help you. This music is only available as a download for immediate delivery.

We recommend you look at the DOWNLOAD HELP   page (a link is  also at the bottom of every page) to ensure you obtain this music without difficulty.

Royal British Legion LogoMany people think they know all the notes, but when it comes to a solid and accurate rendition, may find that a bit more preparation can pay dividends - after all it may be a year since you played it last. As players, we know it's tough to play in a cold field with a cold instrument in front of a large group of people on such an important occasion. Practice beforehand, maybe even memorising the music, and your performance will be so much better. We hope that the accurate and clear notation in this download helps players contribute effectively to any event.

Surrey Brass is pleased to provide sheet music for "Reveille" and"The Last Post" for only £1. This might seem a lot for a minute's music, but we will ensure all proceeds of sales of this piece go to the Royal British Legion, the leading organisation forBritish service veterans. Thank you for your support.

The piece is available for instant download, like all the other sheet music on this site.

The music is delivered as two images within a Zip archive.
